1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of Chronos, including the Discord bot, the dashboard, Roblox-linked access, and any related features or support we provide.
If you buy, activate, connect, or use Chronos, you are agreeing to these terms. If you are setting it up for a group, studio, or community, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that group.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Chronos or try to access paid or licensed features.
2. Service overview
Chronos is a scheduling and operations product for communities that work across Roblox, Discord, and connected tools. Depending on the version you use, it may include event scheduling, dashboard controls, automation, setup tools, and linked integrations.
Some features rely on third-party services such as Discord or Roblox. If those platforms change their rules, APIs, permissions, or uptime, parts of Chronos may change with them.
We may update, limit, replace, or remove features when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or general product changes.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for using Chronos in a way that follows the rules of Discord, Roblox, and any other service you connect to it.
You are also responsible for the security of the accounts, sessions, devices, and credentials used to access Chronos. We may treat actions taken through your connected setup as authorized unless you tell us about a real compromise.
If you give access to staff, moderators, developers, or other team members, you are responsible for what they do inside your Chronos setup.
4. Licenses, purchases, and Roblox-linked access
Some Chronos features are only available if you have a valid purchase, license, subscription, or Roblox-linked entitlement. Buying access gives you permission to use the product in the way we describe, but it does not give you ownership of the software or brand.
Purchases made through Roblox, a web store, or another payment flow may also be subject to that platform's own billing, refund, tax, or payment rules. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases are treated as final once access has been granted.
We may limit how many servers, groups, or environments can use one license. If a license is shared, copied, resold, or used outside its intended scope, we may suspend or remove access.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Chronos to break the law, harass people, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape private data, or interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, or build unauthorized versions of Chronos unless the law gives you that right despite this restriction.
You may not bypass licensing, permissions, server limits, rate limits, or security protections. Attempts to interfere with the bot, dashboard, APIs, or hosted systems are not allowed.
6. User content and operational data
To run Chronos, we may process the settings, schedules, event names, IDs, role mappings, and other data you submit through the bot or dashboard.
You remain responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that information and to use Chronos with it.
We do not claim ownership of your community content, but we may keep logs and system records needed to run the service, troubleshoot issues, enforce licenses, and investigate abuse.
8. Service availability and support
We try to keep Chronos available and stable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Downtime can happen because of maintenance, hosting issues, security work, traffic spikes, or third-party failures.
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis unless we have agreed to something else. We are not required to provide custom development, emergency recovery, or support for unsupported setups.
From time to time, updates may require you to reconnect integrations, review settings, or adjust how your community uses the product.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you break these terms, misuse the service, fail license checks, create security risk, or use Chronos in a way that could harm us, our users, or connected platforms.
We may also act while looking into fraud, impersonation, payment disputes, complaints, or unauthorized redistribution. In some cases we may do that without prior notice.
If access is terminated, your right to use Chronos ends immediately. We may also disable or remove related configuration data, subject to any records we need to keep for compliance, fraud review, or disputes.
10. Intellectual property
Chronos, including its code, design, text, branding, graphics, and hosted systems, belongs to AriCorportation and is protected by law.
Other than the limited right to use the product under these terms, you do not receive any ownership or broader license rights.
You may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or official approval.
11. Disclaimers
Chronos is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee that it will always be available, accurate, secure, or suitable for every server, workflow, or Roblox or Discord setup.
Any advice, support, or comments we give do not create a warranty.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AriCorportation and the people working on Chronos are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to your use of the product.
That includes losses such as downtime, lost data, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or disruption to your operations or community.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims, losses, and costs that arise from your use of Chronos, your breach of these terms, your misuse of connected platforms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
This also applies to actions taken by people you authorize to use Chronos through your server, group, dashboard, or related setup.
