Privacy Policy

How Chronos handles account, server, license, and operational data when you use the bot, dashboard, and linked services.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Chronos and how we use it.

It covers the Chronos bot, the dashboard, Roblox-linked access, support channels, and the systems we use to run the service.

It does not replace the privacy policies of Discord, Roblox, payment providers, or any other third-party service you choose to use alongside Chronos.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect may include account and server identifiers, such as Discord user IDs, Discord server IDs, Roblox IDs, role mappings, usernames, display names, and purchase or license links needed to verify access.

We also collect product data such as dashboard settings, event details, schedules, automation choices, integration settings, timestamps, and logs of important actions taken inside Chronos.

Technical information may also be collected, including session data, browser or device details, request metadata, error logs, and limited security or reliability telemetry.

3. How we receive information

Some information comes directly from you when you sign in, set up the dashboard, connect a server, contact support, or buy or activate access.

Some is collected automatically when the bot runs, when the dashboard checks permissions, or when our systems log actions needed to keep the product working.

We may also receive information from third-party services you connect, such as Discord, Roblox, payment processors, hosting providers, or other integrations.

4. How we use information

We use information to run Chronos, verify licenses, keep dashboard settings in sync, process automations, and support connected integrations.

We also use information to protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce limits, investigate problems, and respond to security or support issues.

Some information is used for communications, such as replying to support messages, handling entitlement issues, or telling users about important changes.

5. Legal bases and service necessity

Where the law requires a legal basis, we process information because it is needed to provide the service, protect the platform, meet legal obligations, or support legitimate product and security needs.

Some information is required for Chronos to work at all. If authentication, licensing, or core configuration data is missing, some features may not function.

Where consent is used for optional processing, you can withdraw it, but that may limit the related feature.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of selling it for money.

We may share information with the providers we use to host, secure, monitor, and support Chronos, and with connected services where that is necessary to provide the feature you asked for.

We may also disclose information if we need to enforce our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, respond to legal requests, or protect users, staff, or infrastructure.

7. Cookies, sessions, and similar technologies

The dashboard may use cookies, session tokens, and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, and maintain security.

If you disable these tools, some sign-in, security, or dashboard features may stop working properly.

Third-party infrastructure or analytics tools may also use limited technical identifiers where needed for their role in operating the service.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run Chronos, maintain continuity, verify access, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

How long we keep something depends on what it is, how sensitive it is, and whether it is still needed for product, security, or compliance reasons.

When data is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or keep only limited backup or system copies for a short time.

9. Security practices

We use reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. That can include access controls, logging, authentication checks, and infrastructure protections.

No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your own accounts, sessions, devices, and permissions.

If we become aware of a security issue affecting Chronos, we may investigate it, limit access, reset sessions, suspend features, or contact affected users where appropriate.

10. International processing

Chronos may be hosted or supported in more than one region, so information may be processed outside the country where you are located.

Where required, we will use reasonable safeguards for those transfers based on the services and providers involved.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy where the law requires it.

Those rights are not unlimited. We may still need to keep certain information for security, legal, fraud, dispute, or core service reasons.

If you want to make a privacy request, contact us through our official Discord Server and give enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, server, or purchase.

12. Children and platform age rules

Chronos is meant to be used with platforms like Discord and Roblox, which have their own age rules and account requirements.

If you believe information has been provided to us in a way that breaks those rules or applicable law, contact us so we can review it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the product, the law, or how the service is run.

If we post an updated version and you keep using Chronos after it takes effect, the new policy will apply going forward.

14. Contact

Questions or requests about this policy can be sent through our official Discord Server.

Please include enough detail for us to identify the account, server, Roblox profile, or purchase involved. If local law gives you the right to complain to a regulator, you may do that too.
